By accessing or using InsureMe Quick Quote ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

InsureMe Quick Quote provides:

• Personality-based risk assessment tools
• Insurance coverage recommendations
• Comparison of insurance quotes from multiple providers
• Connection to licensed insurance providers

Important:

We are a comparison and information service. We do NOT underwrite insurance policies ourselves. All insurance products are provided by FSB-registered insurance companies.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of South Africa
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during assessment
• Update information if your circumstances change significantly
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Not misuse, abuse, or attempt to manipulate our assessment tools
• Not reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape our platform
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials

Recommendations are Guidelines Only

Our insurance recommendations are based on your assessment responses and industry-standard calculations. However, they are GUIDELINES, not requirements.

Your actual insurance needs may differ based on factors we cannot assess (health conditions, specific financial goals, family dynamics, etc.). We recommend consulting with a licensed financial advisor for personalized advice.

No Guarantee of Coverage or Pricing

Estimated premiums and coverage amounts are indicative only. Final pricing and coverage are determined by insurance providers based on underwriting, medical exams, and other factors.

Our service is free for users. We earn commission from insurance providers when you purchase a policy through our platform.

Typical commissions range from R200-R500 per policy, depending on the insurer and coverage type.

Important: We always recommend coverage based on your needs, not on commission rates. We comply with the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services (FAIS) Act and are obligated to act in your best interests.

When you apply for insurance, you'll be connected to third-party insurance providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and conditions, not ours.

We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or services of third-party insurance providers. Any disputes should be resolved directly with the insurer.

All content on the Platform (text, graphics, logos, assessment tools, algorithms) is owned by InsureMe Quick Quote or licensed to us.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Service "As Is"

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.

No Financial Advice

Our recommendations are informational only and do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. Consult a licensed advisor before making insurance decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InsureMe Quick Quote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed R1,000 (One Thousand Rand).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InsureMe Quick Quote from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
